This weekend we were in Austin TX for a shower! Some ladies from Austin's parents church had a shower for us to get us gifts and meet Nora! It was a lot of fun!
We got in Friday afternoon and hung out for a while. Then we went to dinner with his parents and sister. His brother jordan, kristi (brothers wife), and Caroline (niece) met us at dinner. I had to be in the car feeding Nora for most of dinner,... reality of going out to eat at 7! I don't mind though. ..I really like getting away with her and having some alone time.
We then went to his hs football game where his cousin Maddy cheers. I made Nora a shirt that says "CP cheer". Nora slept through the game. ..through all the cheering!! She woke up at halftime when maddy came up. We went home then to put her down. Nora did NOT sleep well! Only slept for an hour or 2 between each feeding. Austin was nice enough to put her bed on his side so that he could pass her to me when she woke up.
On Saturday we hung out then went to the shower. Nora SLEPT THROUGH IT! Ha. She woke up while we were opening gifts and was just looking around at everyone haha
After the shower we stayed around the minors house. Our friends junior and Mckenzie came to meet nora. She loved being on the swing outside! We left that night and she slept the whole way home
