3 Weeks

3 Weeks Old!

Nora is 3 weeks old! We had a fun day for her 3-week-birthday ;) ha

Waking up (she didn't sleep with the giraffe, she was holding it while I was brushing my teeth ha)

Our friend Leanne was in town from Illinois so we met her for lunch at Rosas! Austin drove us because we had to take down our rearview baby mirror so I don't feel comfortable driving her farther than 5 minutes without being able to see her. When Austin drives I'm able to sit in the back next to her. He worked on school stuff in the car while I had lunch with them.

Caden was so funny. He was tentative at first and wouldn't leave Lindsay's side but after a little bit he was being a little show off! He was walking around on the bench behind Leanne putting napkins on her shoulder ha! 

Lindsay was so nice and let me sit with Nora and she ordered for me and Leanne got my food from the front. So helpful! It's hard lugging around that bulky carrier!

During her naps Austin and I worked on our latest project--an organizer for our bathroom. We were tired of always having stuff out on the counter so we mounted this with the things we normally have out. We got the wood at Lowes, then stained it and cut holes with the jigsaw and glued mason jar tops into the holes. The mason jars then screwed into the tops.

Nora also had her nails cut for the first time today. I know, I know...it should have been done a long time ago but we were too nervous! It ended up not being as bad as I thought. Little one slept through it.
