Today was fun! Nora will be 4 weeks old on Monday so shes 26 days old today! Austin woke up and made us breakfast (bacon egg and cheese biscuits). Nora woke up around 730 then went back to sleep until 930ish. She then took a long nap from 11-1:30 and so did I! It was nice! I slept in the guestroom so that I wouldn't keep waking up to her noises. Austin watched her on the monitor and cleaned (have I mentioned how amazing he is?).
When she woke up we hung out and played with her. I put her in one of the dresses I made her and took some pics!
Austin's mom and sister were driving back from Oklahoma so they picked up Chuys for dinner and came over. I wanted Nora to sleep so I drove to sonic with her before they came and she fell asleep in the car but then woke up when we got home! She was a little fussy when they were here but let them hold her. I fed her for 15 minutes and then came back out with her for 10 minutes before they left.
Austin and I then took a walk around the neighborhood pushing her in the stroller and she loved it. She loves being outside.
When we came back I went to change her diaper and she had pooped EVERYWHERE. I think that's why she was fussy--she had been trying to push it out. Her onesie was all dirty and it came out of the top front and back of the diaper. We took off her clothes and have her a sponge bath. Her umbilical cord has finally come ALL the way off so her next bath will be a real bath. After her bath (which she cried through) she was so tired that she cried a really pathetic little cry for a few seconds then fell asleep.
