2-3 Week Growth Spurt!
Well, these past 2 days Nora has been in her "2-3 week growth spurt," which played out EXACTLY how the internet described. She woke up every hour during the night to eat and would eat for 30-40 minutes then go back to sleep for an hour. It was hard getting out of bed after only taking such short naps! Usually she sleeps in 3 hour chunks which is much easier to wake up after. During the day she would eat....ALL DAY. I literally sat on the couch and fed her alllll dayyy longggg. Online it said they are in some pain so they comfort feed and don't really sleep. That was true!
Apparently the next growth spurt occurs at 3 months....let hope it holds off until then!
Last night she was back to her old self! She slept in 2hr 45min segments and ate for 20-30 minutes then would go right back to sleep!
Baby Acne
Along with this growth came another unwelcomed friend....baby acne :( It's supposed to go away on it's own in the next 2-3 weeks but poor baby :(
